Pharoah SurgicalSight Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 August 2026 · see also our Terms of Service
Not a medical device. Pharoah SurgicalSight is a non-clinical, mock-data-only Phase-1 concept prototype. It has not been assessed or registered under the UK Medical Device Regulations, is not reviewed by the MHRA or any other regulator, and must never be used on or near a real patient.

What SurgicalSight is

Pharoah SurgicalSight is a concept demo of a Meta Ray-Ban surgical heads-up display. It is not connected to any hospital system, electronic health record, or real patient monitoring device.

What we collect

Why we process it, and on what basis

Who we share data with

How long we keep it

There is no real patient or clinical data in this build to retain. Cloudflare keeps connection logs per its own standard operational retention. If you use the pre-order link, Stripe retains payment records per its own retention and legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to our processing; receive data you gave us in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To use any of these rights, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113 — though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.

This is a standard-form policy describing how Pharoah SurgicalSight actually works today, generated from the product's own code and configuration. It is provided for transparency, is not legal advice, and publishing it does not by itself make Pharoah SurgicalSight or Pharoah Technology “compliant” with UK GDPR or any other law — that depends on our practices continuing to match what's written here.
